Pregnancy - What to Expect.....

We all know we'll get tired, emotional and sick but do you know what to expect from your feet when you're pregnant? I certainly didn't. But what I found was that my feet got bigger - yes bigger and I actually put on a full shoe size....forever!

I later found out that hormones released in pregnancy loosen your tendons and ligaments and this causes your arches to fall, and your feet to spread out. They really do become longer and wider.
