1) How much does delivery cost?
We deliver to addresses worldwide covered by Royal Mail.
Standard Delivery - £1.99 (free for orders over £35)
International Delivery - £3.99 (free for orders over £50)
2) How long do standard deliveries take?
With our standard delivery we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days.
3) How long do international deliveries take?
With our international delivery we aim to deliver within 2 weeks.
For customers outside of the EU, please remember that you may be subject to local country tax and duty.
4) What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?
All orders will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us.
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will follow your usual local process if you are not in to take delivery of your package (typically collection from nearby depot).
P.S. We lovingly post them out in a format that will fit the majority of standard letterboxes.
5) Is there anywhere you don't post to?
As long as you have an address on planet earth we will be able to post our Souls Insoles out to you, so far we have successfully shipped our Souls Insoles to locations including Australia, Europe and the across to the US and Canada, if you have a special delivery enquiry or concern please contact us so we can help you. Currently we cannot post our products to other planets in our solar system as they haven't yet been tested in zero gravity plus our postal system is limited to our planet. For now...
6) Which Payment types do you accept?
We accept the following Payment through our secure Paypal checkout: (you don't have to have a paypal account)

To use a credit or debit card simply use the check out as guest option button on the paypal screen
this will enable you to enter your payment details securely.
1) What is your Returns policy?
You can return items in unused, saleable condition to us with a note of your order number within 28 days.
To return an item please;
Place the item in the original shipping envelope, or any other envelope that will adequately protect the product such as a padded envelope
Add a note explaining you would like to return the item.
Any questions, just use the contact us from on our site, be sure to include your order number
Address the envelope to the address below and pop a stamp on it and then take it to your nearest post office.

2) How and when do I get my refund?
You will be refunded directly back to the Payment card / PayPal account used for the original payment. You can expect the money to be refunded within 14 days from the point we have received the returned product.
